No tach signal anywhere on car. Doesn't work on cluster or jumper wire under hood. Horn doesn't work either. And only 1 wiper speed. Any ideas??? Thnx.

Horn is a cold solder issue usually within the CPU, it's in the 2nd gen thread under 'FAQ"...

The wiper on 1 speed is a very common problem, mine has that same issue. It's a simple fix, take off the surround around the tach, you'll need a stubby screwdriver. Then merely pull the connectors out of the wiper switch after taking off the dials, and replace it with another used one.
