Maybe the system is clogged somewhere? Maybe a weak Radiator Cap?

Coolant into the Intercooler? Little in the oil? What~?

Non-interference motor. Probably skipped a tooth on the camgear and smashed valves. Total engine replacement needed.

stupid question which could EASILY be the problem....
have you considered the turbo coolent passages are cracked and leaking into pressure side of intercooler plumbing...
this would explain the antifreeze in the Intercooler but non out the *** AND bubbling in the radiator...
this might also explain how the keg passed the coolent pressure test... the turbo was probably NOT hooked up.

the overheating i'm not sure,,, maybe turbo not spinning causing excessive back-pressure and thus more heat retained in engine.... THOUGHTS??

This is all SUPER EASY to check of course... just disconnect pressure side of turbo, let it idle and see if problem persists / or see if antifreeze comes out the turbo.

Best of luck
-Chris

Ya Chris I did a coolant pressure test on his block. The test turned out fine. Held 30 psi overnight.

Urban legend has it that a new radiator may, on occasion, have a trapped air bubble within which may impede the coolant flow and cause overheating. This same scenario of the trapped bubble may also be applicable to the engine coolant passages.

Either that, or bad blinker fluid.
