Sunday, September 23rd

I do believe a cruise will be in order. I have spoken to a few of you FD guys (Sam, Chuck, Chris, Colin, Audie) about this. I will be taking my car to a car show on Saturday per my Father's request so I was thinking we should do a drive on Sunday night. Any non FD owners are wewlcome to join in as well. I was thinking maybe a cruise out HWY 2 into Monroe and then hit HWY 203 out to Fall City. Then maybe cruise HWY 202 back up into the Redmond/Kirkland area. Find a place to stop and eat, chit chat, whatever.... Any ideas from you guys will be heard as well...

Bump, if any of you dudes wanna get out and cruise Saturday or Sunday evening with me and my Hooka Bar feel free to get at me.

Sunday, September 23rd I'm trying to organize an 8:00pm meet up at the Denny's on Pacific Ave in Everett just off the freeway. From there we would hop on highway 2 and head out into Monroe. Drive the HWY 203 down to the Hwy 202 and back up into Redmond/Kirkland... From there who knows what else...

Yes the good ol' FD will be gracing the streets once again!!

I like Aaron's idea of Ames Lake and Tolt Hill Rd, I was also thinking of maybe taking a detour to the XXX Drive-in...?? Or we could just drive...

I think thr best plan of attack is meet at Denny's on Pacific Ave in Everett (off the Pacific Ave exit from NB I-5 take a left, go thru the light, it's on the right hand side next to KRKO radio, can't miss it) and plan on leaving there by 2:30 pm. We'll hop on Hwy 2 and head out to HWY 203 in Monroe. Take Ames Lk Rd over to Hwy 202, Tolt Hill Rd over to Hwy 203, and then down into Fall City. Then back up the 202 OR down to XXX Drive In in issaquah, whichever we decide

So the reason that I am not tied up until late in the day is because I quit my job. Unfortunatly that means the funds are low so I will not be able to do the drive but I think I am going to ride with tim (Tim if that is ok?) and take pictures for everyone while on the drive and then we can post them back on the site. Look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday at 2!!

Yeah Chris you can ride along. I don't mind. Hell you've never ridden in my car yet so it'll be fun. You'll get to witness what a loud RX7 sounds like and admire my PFC Commander and then go home and wish you had one and try not to buy one

I've heard Grae's car.... I'm not so sure... Mine sounds like a helicopter at idle and I can't use my cell phone whe I'm driving the car cuz I can't hear anything... Unless I use the two ear hands free/headphone set that came with it... Even then it's still hard to hear.. We shall see! Good news is no matter whether I concede to Grae or blow by him every corner you kids can't lose us! haha Just follow the noise and cloud of smoke

I'm probably not going to make it - my wife gave birth to our 2nd son yesterday and...uhmm...she probably wouldn't appreciate it if I took off for several hours.

Congrats Colin! I got the same response from a networking buddy I asked to golf on Friday

It's supposed to stay clear most of the day like today was... Possibility of showers. At least that's what I saw this morning.

Everyone be there! 425 268 2144 if you need to reach me

hey tim do you think that you would still be able to come by and pick me up?? say around 12:30 ish. If you can I have a few nice roads around my house that I have a feeling you would enjoy driving. Let me know if you can do that. Otherwise I will plan to meet you at Denny's with everyone else. I will call you tomrrow so that we can talk more about it.

Thanks to everyone who showed up *cough* me and Chris *cough* We had a great time running the streets, except for the dumbasses driving extremely slow thru the twisties of Tolt Hill Rd and Ames Lk Rd... Eventually encountered a beautiful NSX on the way home and was able to play around a bit, coming out victorious
