State puts on an ignition lock so you have to blow into the thing and prove there's no alcohol in your breath before it will fire up. Working at z sport (or any shop in everett) you see them every week. lolol.

I really liked living in Lake Stevens. There were quite a few 7's with cool owners. I suppose this **** can happen anywhere, though.
