spotted WHITE FD w/ carbonfiber? hood in 909

spotted WHITE FD w/ carbonfiber? hood in 909
on july 21st in the afternoon i think around 2 or 2:30p. which of u is it? i think it has a cf hood, no spoiler. looked clean 
i wasn't driving the fd, had my nice beater civic out today, it was friggin hot out there in walnut.
oh yeah also spotted 1 other white fd, 1 montego blue fd, 1 brown/tan FB, and 1 dark gray FC GSL step forward, and 1 red FC in long beach, 1 silver FD in HB, also in HB 2 black FD, one is PEP/Touring the other looks like R1, and a black FC vert this past month.
