Spotted: Montego Blue FD

Shoreline @ 1:15pm today on 145th I saw a Montego Blue FD with a body kit and chrome wheels... Very clean. You on here??

That might have been me. I was going for a drive that way the other day. Did it have the headlight conversion and no wing?
