I finally got my bee painted this morning after 3 years of restoring it!!! What does everyone think???

 

SIX MONTHS OF BODYWORK LATER!!!!!





ALMOST FORGOT TO SHOW THE "LACK" OR REAR WINDOW LIP----

 

Now i still have to do the dash and the steering column, then assemble, but today felt like a million years of work to get to this stage.. I have done EVERY single part of this job myself and its taken almost three years and about a thousand dollars,lol... But i am way stoked to have gotten it this far today!!!!


Any one got a flat black six pack hood lying around,lol.....

 

i dont know man... looks like ****, jk! good job! i would quit on it after a month... 3 years is a lot

what paint is it and how many stages?

 

Blood, sweat, MORE blood, and patience.... I put my fist through the original winshield at one point... Its taken much for me to get it this far... Got a new window now btw, just have to but a million seals and ****, then can reassemble.... Probably another couple years, i'm diving into more 7 projects right now....lol

 

Wicked job Joe. 'Tis the way of projects... the closer you get the farther you are :-p

Hey, this would look pretty good under the hood.

*Looking over at a hot blonde in a Prius next to you sitting at a stop light*
"Yeah, it's got a HEMI!"
(havining to yell so you can be heard over the 1,500 rpm bumping idle and 3" straight exhaust)

 

Or you could put a 20B in it to be the anti rotary swap. opposite of A a v8 in a rx7. But yeah a hemi would be sweet to. either way you get no love at the gas pump. BTW I bought my seven from a hot blond chick in a prius. I found that she betrayed her seven for a POS hybrid a big turn off though.
