This was 10/9/2005: I was in a black FD on I5 right most lane, near University of Washington approaching the 520 bridge exit. You were tailgating me pretty good, then quickly switched to the left most lane. I switched to get next to you and wave, you (~40 yrs old?) snobbed me and drove away in your stock RX-7.

I know Garrett (Wangerrr) has a VR FD that's stock except for a DP, and he lives around the UW.

He's not 40 though, he's in his 20's...

Maybe it wasn't him... He'd have been stoked at kicking it with another FD, lol.

Any time I even see another RX-7 (any vintage) I waive. To me it's kind of like when I had a streetbike and everyone said hello. I have met some really cool first gen owners that way. I haven't met many 2nd gen owners and I see more of them than any others. *shrugs*

 

That would of been me. Sorry if it seemed I snubbed you I was on my honeymoon and on my way to Seattle , had been driving a while and had severe migrane so was in hurry to get to hotel and go to bed. So sorry again I really enjoy talking to other 7 owners. When my schedules acomidates I would to make it to gathering of sevens. And i am 36!!!
