I flew down last year and I wished I had my car the whole time. This year I think I'm going to move to Cali the weekend before, seriously.

Ya it would be cool to live down there. I have thought about flying. I just figure it would be fun even if I had to stop for a night.

I just checked it out on google maps and said 18.5 hours, sorry if it's not right on the dot. Point is it's a damn long drive.

If I had some spare vacation time I would be down for this, but unfortunately I don't so next year good chance I would be down.

^ yes you are right, it IS a damn long drive, and it would take 18 hours, IF your car had a 40 gallon gas tank AND you didnt need to pee or eat, or stop in Redding for IN n' Out... LOL...

NOT.. trying to be a smart ***, but ive done the drive, so many times it hurts, and the reality of needing to urinate. LOL.

No **** traffic in Seattle, then Tacoma, then Olyompia, then Vancover, then Portland, then Eugene, then Sacremento, then Stockton, then alll the way through LA, then into Irvine... Hell of a drive. 22-28 hours is more reasonable for the speedlimit obeying types like myself.

Hmm maybe I need to add a fuel cell and another tank to **** in lol.
Haha gumball 3000 style.

I guess no ones driving down for it then lol. I don't blame you. I haven't driven more than 5 or so hours, this would be an adventure. Im pretty sure my friend did it on his bike in 19 but staying the night at a hotel too.

lol BAW is a thread in the lounge section that stands for Bored At Work. You'll find that the lounge posters are regulars and all have ongoing threads they chat in daily. Therefore, the BAW guys are great friends, right Ben? lol

Keep turning wrenches, not typing about turning wrenches. ( or wasting your companies payroll) LOL....

Every Rotorhead should make this trek at least once. One notch on that belt makes you a true rotary fanatic.
