I am going nuts here. I cant get the correct part for where my PD sits. I have it allmost together and i cant finish it because i cant get the correct part, Anyone Know what i should be looking for, Dealer looks at me Like im stupid for even asking for this part, the threads are right.. the head is too small

If you want to order the right part from the dealer, order a new PD. The banjo bolt used for the primary->secondary rail will NOT fit in the place for the PD. Either (assuming talking about FC):

1) Buy a new PD.
2) Buy the banjo bolt listed in www.fc3spro.com I did it this way and was worked great.

PD = Pulsation Dampener

 

everyone said there should not be a problem with the banjo bolt fitting into where the Pd go's.. Now it wont fit? now when i try to do it there are problems! i dont get it

btw i cant find the banjo bolt on the site,. isnt it somthing the dealer has?

thanks kouta. I think the Problem is i didnt change the Fuel inlet tube! like on the back side of the fuel rail. its diffrent from the Front.. because for the PD to fit in the front the hole is bigger, So im thinking change the fitting between the banjo bolt and the fuel rail?

 

no clue, i would try to see if there is some way to change to the s5 fuel rails...
