Saw a black fd last nite late getting on the onramp from Evergreen Way to Hwy 522. I was driving my black fd. Got a wave when they saw me.

Saw a red fd with a lot of body mods last week in downtown Everett parked close to the courthouse.

I was starting to think mine was the only fd in Everett. Two in one week is a record. Only seen 6 or so in the last year.

Mine's been around for 3 years in the Everett area! Used to daily drive it for the 1st two years. Check my avatar you may notice the grill..... But yeah FD's in this area are a rare sight

Hillarious seeing a fellow 7/FD/rx7clubber up there in Everett let alone at that hour. I was like, that's a sleek looking car, wait-a-minute, is that an FD? *frantic waving* Oh yeah, i'll bet that's a RX7clubber!

Theres an older guy around here that has a black one too. He was sitting in a parkinglot at safeway in marysville one day, and I drove up right next to him in my red fd, and he never even looked at me.

Anyway, you guys will be seeing my VR around the lynnwood/everett area soon. I just got it up and running, but need to take the wiring harness back out and rewrap it, redo a fuel line, and get a new t-stat gasket, and Im game.

 

Jeez I think I'm just as close as you... rebuild, turbo(s), fuel system and it's back in business! lol She still runs just needs/wants all that to be happy... She deserves it lol

Nice to see and hear from some local fd owners, kind of rare these days. I blew my engine last November and just got it all put together and running about a month ago. I had Rob Golden at Pinapple racing rebuild the short block. Street port, new ceramic coated rotor housings, 3mm apex seals, upgraded water seals. Finally got it broken in and it is running as well or better at 8lbs boost as it did at 10lbs before blowing my engne.

As for the 18th. If that meet is in July, I doubt Ill make it. I just re-did my fuel line with my fuel pressure gauge, and pulled my wiring harness out yesterday. Ill be rewrapping the harness today, and reinstalling it tonight, but, while checking seals of my vacuum caps on the nipples of the UIM, I broke the intake air temp sensor, so Ill be ordering one of those today that and 2 other shipments of parts Im waiting for...got to have the turbos off by Friday or the weekend...too much to do lol. If I can get it back together, Ill be there. Yes, thats what Im trying to say....
