Rotary GO-CART?
hey does anybody know how i could make a go cart out of a rx motor? me and my friend thought it would be kick *** and im trying to figure out how i would do it because it would go really fast. just think a go cart that could go over 115 haha. any ideas on how to, hit me back.

My fb seems pretty close to a go-cart. Seems like you could just remove some of the body, all the glass, passenger seat, install a harness, and HOLD THE F#@K ON!!!!

i know a place that makes a motor for a gokart and sells it and the cart i'll have the page for you in about a day tops

i found this in my quest to know the rotory engine and build my rotory powered RC car

but you would probibly be better off building one your self they aren't cheep you could get a pretty nice TII Rx7 for that price but i'm sure you could use there plans to make a cheeper one try atkins rotary they might have a better idea i heard they were going to be produsing Single rotor engines but they were alot cheeper if i remember correctly

I raced the 125 yamaha Karts. You have to make a all new frame.
you talking speeds of over more mph (with the gearing right). than I ever did in a Kart. We do 125MPH from one corner to the next before hitting the brakes. And thats only in a building/arena. out door speeds are much fater.
Road and Track tested a ZO6 Corvette against a Yamaha Shifter Kart at a test track of there choosing.
Who do you think won?
The 125 shifter Kart was literally driving around the ZO6 like there was something wrong with it. (Test driver said Nope) could past on the inside or outside with ease and really driving around the Vette pulling up on the right and letting off in the inside backing off and on the gas and passing again on the right (outside).
Funny thing was the test driver for the ZO6 came in and said he really wanted to drive the Sifter kart before we leave today.. He thought it would be close, but not a slaughter.
