Rotary Drag Racing - August 2

Let's show those Hondas and Mustangs what Rotaries can do!

DRAG RACING TIME!!!

Wednesday, August 2 starting at 4:00 pm at Pacific Raceways.

Even if you don't want to drive or your car is in a state of disrepair, come on by and hang out. It's only $10 to get in if you're not driving and you can check out all the cool cars and laugh at the Volvo wagon getting spanked by everybody. Feel free to post on other sites.

Here's the details from www.pacificraceways.com

Gates Open: 4pm
Racing: 4pm-10pm

Pacific Raceways Accepts Visa, MC, Cash and Checks (must have Valid NHRA Membership Number to write a check)

Spectators:
Adults: $10.00
Children (Ages 7-14): $4.00
Children (Ages 6 and under): Free

Senior, Military and Students (with proper ID) receive two spectator entries for the price of one

Racer:
Car & Driver: $25.00 (Some classes more)
Competition Number (required to race): $10.00 (one time yearly fee)

Concession stands will be open
Sunoco Racing Fuel available (Visa or Mastercard only)

Why dust thou temptest us with thine racing days?? It's not fair! My car can't be trusted to drive that far! Someone build a damn dragstrip in the North End!! Please?

what city is this in, i have that wensday off so might be able to make it up, pretty much stock car, small streetport, and thats it, its only runnin at like 6 psi right now cause it boosted randomly with the boost pills so those were removed, but id run it anyway, as long as im not driven forever to get there, i live in corvallis oregon so yea

Ahh come on BOSS I know you wanna drive your car! Just wait until this day to deliver that hatch to Portland and continue up I-5 to HWY18 and join us at the track!

even if i waited to do that, id have no way to get the hatch up there in my car, im having a freind go with me in his pickup to drop the hatch off
