A request for a ride along for you NW FD owners

I have a car forum at work. Someone I work with used to own a '95 RX-7. I used to own a '93.

He sold his because of a job move (had 3 cars) and I sold mine because of financial reasons at the time (lost my job).

It's been almost a decade since I owned my car. I still miss the FD quite a bit, and I've been chatting with this co-worker. He still misses his car greatly. I think both of us have agreed, that we haven't found a ride that replaces the feeling of the FD.

I'm looking for someone who might be willing to take us down memory lane. I'm hoping for a non modified car, or lightly modified car. In return, I'll buy you lunch, we can BS for a bit. I'll give you a ride in my modified Subie.

Let me know if any FD owners out there might be willing to meet up.

Thanks

I would be down, but mine is most likely too modded for you and too tempermental, oh and not licensed =)

Good luck! Try Chris (Blueshift) or even Chuck (a3dcadman) when he gets his back

You want a trip down memory lane? You should have your friend kick you square in the nuts and then take all the money out of your wallet and flush it down the toilet, it will be like you never got rid of your FD aka Financial Disaster. LOL.!

But, the feel of a FD even in stock form is alot of fun. I would'nt sell my car unless I had no other choice. By that, I mean I was dieing, and my wife and I had bills.....even then, I'm not sure I could see it go. CJ

Haha,

I had planned on buying another and kids came into the picture, I guess if I bought one I probably would be in financial ruin.

The car brought lots of smiles though. I can say definately that out of all the cars I've ever owned, I loved the FD the most.
