anybody know how to find the registered owner for a car with the lic # and VIN?
long story short- paper work got jacked ot of my truck this week and i lost the signed title to the car-which i bought from a 2nd party...
i'd like to go back to the original owner but the dol folks more or less told me to fraud up a bill of sale from the 2nd party and go from there.
seems wrong....
