Red FD on craigslist $5500 (auburn)

1993 Mazda RX7 * RED * Stock!!!

Buyers beware. I took it for a long test drive and holy sh*t. Do not buy unless you want to spend $$ to drive it. Safely at that. It needs....

Rear wheel bearings
All new brakes. Rotors and calipers too.
Alternator
Cats are clogged (car is sluggish after 4000 rpm)
Vacuum leak somewhere in the rats nest
Check engine light came on after 30 minutes of driving
Interior needs major attention
oil leak (maybe from pan)
Passenger window works when it wants
Hood and hatch don't line up
Aftermarket radio doesnt work
Power steering pump leaks

There might be more but I'm forgetting. Hope this info helps.

Oh yeah, its got a 5 speed instrument cluster on it as well. Carfax showed 42,000 miles on one record. Then the next record shows 19,000 miles on the odemeter. Current reading on the odometer is 63,000 miles. So its got 100,000+/- miles on it.

If it drives and runs then its still cheaper than 90% of the ones that I've seen for sale.

Anyone buying an fd better have money to maintain it. Lol

Rotary >Pistons

I think I owned it in 2000. It was a theft recovery, I put the interior back in it and a cluster with 19k miles.
