I was wondering if i can remove the solenoid rack or will it mess with anything if i do
i followed the lines and it lookes like the previous owner caped off/removed some of the emissions. Also if i can remove them...anything i need to watch out for? Thanks in advance for any help.

In the second photo i see that that block off plate, assuming that the other items are blocked off ( BAC, EGR ect ) then you should be able to get rid of it no problem... its just taking up space. But check first and see if the rest of the proceedure has been completed... YOu will also have to run new fuel lines since, IIRC that rats nest has a solid fuel line build into it. easy pie.
