Portland/Vancouver area rotary experts?
Anyone willing to come over take a look what the hell is wrong and help me start my engine? I am willing to compensate with $$$ or s5 turbo2 parts.
I have s5 gxl to turbo2 swap with jdm engine, s5 n/a harness and n374 ecu... "almost" all emissions removed and a bunch of other "custom mods" if you know what i mean. full s5 turbo 2 drivetrain as well but that doesn't make any difference anyway.
there is fuel and there is spark, ecu is working..... just dont know why the hell it doesnt start so asking for help. oil pressure is fine too.
anyone?

When you are cranking are you getting the pulses of the rotors turning? Have you tried de-flooding the engine to see if it's possibly just flooded? Start with the easiest stuff first...
so here is what happened yesterday. we crank up the car, it starts and rpm rises and keeps rising and rising. my friend puts his hand over afm and that kills the engine...
I am guessing at that point we flooded the engine, after that i removed spark plugs, heated them up with a torch, cleaned them and put them back in.... no luck of the engine starting anymore.
As far as rpm rise problem goes, I assumed the throttle plates don't close completely, and i was right, fixed that problem in the proccess...
We will try de-flooding the engine tonight, but for some reason i dont think that will work. The ecu works if the engine started, so no ecu problems
