Hi All,

Well its getting closer to our event. This year there are a few changes. Some have asked me about packets.
Usually when you arrive at the Hotel, there is an area near the front desk after you check in, where you pick up your packets, and get a box lunch. This year due to costs, RPNW could not afford the box lunch that we usually get. This year inside your packets (in an envelope) is a card to get lunch at arbys, which is located a block or so away from the hotel. I put a lunch card in everyone’s packet that signed up before the deadline.

Since there is no area really for me to setup to give everyone their packets when you arrive, I or someone will be near the front lobby area with your packets. If you come late, then I will take your packet to my room, so please find my room. I will ask the hotel if I can put a little sign up with my room number on it. If not I will put a sign on my door since we all will be located on the bottom floor of the hotel.

I know that some people will be attending that have not purchased a packet. I'm ok with that, as some can not afford the cost of a packet. But please if you do come don’t attempt to enter my banquet unpaid or the car show (as RPNW had to purchase awards).

Inside your envelope is your banquet ticket, please don’t lose that ticket. You must bring it to get in to the banquet, and have your hand stamped, no acceptions if you lose it. You can purchase a ticket from me if you wish to attend the banquet. The cost is $35. If you purchase a banquet ticket, I will also allow you to enter the car show, everything else of course is free to come to.

I do know that the hotel will want all people registered in a room to register your car. After 10pm they will not let you in the parking lot if you are not registered. Usually every year they give you a band to put on your arm, to also enter the hotel.

Please try to be on time for scheduled events (listed on your program guide inside your packets). This way we can all go as a group, and not be so rushed.

This year we have a lot of raffle (more than in past years), so please support us by purchasing more raffle. It helps pay for the cost of the event. We also have Rotor Rally hats for sale, so if you want a rotor rally hat get um fast. The cost of each hat is $15, and I only have 25 hats. We also have Honda haters inc stickers, Rx7club stickers, and Nopiston stickers for $5ea. (will be selling everything at event).
