Payoff
So last week I made my last payment, payee off my Sx4 2007 Two years early! Saving $350 a month!
Last year I paid off my Rx8 two years early two!! Saving $650 a month!!
The year before that, I paid off my credit card!!! Saving $50 for a total Saving of $1000 a month!!!
Now all I have is my condo, which is two years old. No rust there, but I do hope to pay it off in 20 year, not 30 years!
The reason for my pay off, has been the lose of job security, so now it just feels good not to have any more car payment, credit card, and I can sleep very well at night Not worrying so much I bout my job and the pressure to perform, don't get me wrong, I do my job very well. Am a Senior Manager with 8 years with the company, but I did see many other manager get fire because there stores were not performing well, even if they were doing the right thing!
So now if I buy something with my credit card and I now I can't pay it off by the end of the month I won't buy it!!!!
Next it Vacation, Am planing on driving this summer from home (Puyallup, WA) to Las Vegas, spending four days there then driving to Disney California Spending four days there and then going back home!!!
Next years I will go Back home(Puerto Rico) for a two week Vacation!!!
after that will see!!!
I do have to say it again, It FEEL VERY GOOD TO BE OUT OF DEBT!!!

I do have to say, I feel like a diferent person. Last week my wife wanted to go buy some stuff for the bathroom, and she ask me (I do the finances in the house) I could buy this today and next payday, I can get the rest, so I told her to get it all, she look surprice and very happy at the same time!!! The next day I took the family out to dinner and they were suprice that we did not go to subway, or to a fast food place, we went to an italian restaran, just becouse we can now!!
yesterday I went to bestbuy to look at the Ipad2, and it feel very good, becouse at the end I was thingking of buying a Mac Pro, and I know I can buy it cash with no problem, but my laptop is 1 year old, so I guest I will wait for an Ipod2 to come in!!!
