It's summer and it is time for me to get to cleaning up my 7. It recieved some nice dents this year from freakin carts and door dings. Does anyone know of a good paintless dent removal shop that they've been to?

Also, I am looking to get my bumper and rear bumper repainted. It has massive chips on it and needs bondo and a good spray. Has anyone gone to maaco? I've heard ALOT of bad and some good. It is very cheap. I am looking for a good quality spray for a decent price. They're a million paint shops and any advice would be nice!
