Overexuberant Cop ??
Did this guy do anything that was hazardous or dangerous to himself or anyone else? Seems very unlikely. Not as though he would not be completely in control of his car with a little wheelspin at 15-20 mph, and it is not suggested that he was speeding. Now if he were driving at 85 in a 35 zone, that would arguably be dangerous no matter how skilled you are.

I am reminded of the story told long ago by Art Arfons, the famous speed record driver. After a day on the salt flats at Bonneville, he drove up the mountain toward Lake Tahoe with some friends to a restaurant. Coming back down the hill late at night, he was driving pretty fast and a cop stopped him. The cop said "who do you think you are, Craig Breedlove?", and Arfons said "No I am Art Arfons, that is Craig in the back seat!". The cop let them go.

thats like a warning in my book... I mean they call it wreckless driving here and stick you in jail.... Cry me a ******* river haha
I thought that they mentioned him doing doughnuts somewhere and thats why it was impounded. I'm pretty sure they mentioned that in the pre race show the other day. Sucks that webber took him out but both were driving pretty aggressively, good race though.
