Oregon DEQ (smog) help!

Hi all, I'm a California FD owner potentially moving to the Portland Metro area, and understand that an emissions test is required. Has anyone managed to pass with a single turbo without air pump? I've already gone down a route that will probably make it impossible to put back on the stock turbos and air pump. I also won't have the choice to move to Salem or the outskirts of the VIP boundary - what do you guys do for smog testing?

Any advice is much appreciated!

Do you have a cat? If so, you can use a electric air pump and temporarily bolt on the cat to pass. Find me when you get in the area.

Is this the mod where one finds a corvette electric air pump to pass? I heard about it, but never saw it in action. Thanks a bunch! Will be moving next summer, I appreciate the help, and look forward to meeting rotary owners from the Pacific Northwest!
