You got his contact, I would like to ask him what he had to do to import it in.

 

it was before the law changed. he was working on trying to change it back, but never won. i believe there is no way possible to import one in now.

 

I saw another one for sale about 5 years ago, I think it was like 12k or something. I think there is a handful or so in the US.

I've asked him about it. He bought it from a guy in Florida, and it was already legally imported when he bought it. Supposedly there are only 3 legally registered JC Cosmos in the US. its been sold, but I think that's as much as anybody knows. No idea where it ended up.

You want to know the real kicker? He bought that thing for 10k!

Yes he lived in Lakewood just south of Tacoma, but his FC lived at Ground Zero, it seemed like it was always there having something done. The Cosmo he bought from a former Japanese diplomat in Florida. The FC was insane though.

 

The guy in Florida that Brad purchased it from bought it from the Japanese diplomat. The car now belongs to a gentleman in Texas (or at least it did at the beginning of 2010).

Does anyone know what ever happened to the FC?
