Nubie Transmission question

I saw a 90 GXL tranny today that looks different from what I expected to see. The fins on the bell housing run top to bottom around the front of the bell housing. The gearbox appears smaller (in circumference), to me.

Does this look like a standard S5 GXL 5 speed?

Thank you Marc.

I've got a 'vert 3.90 rear-end that is being converted to a 4.10 lsd.

What needs to be changed to make the speedometer read correctly with the new set of gears? Is there a cog in the tranny that one can change to get the proper mph? I don't know the tire size but they are 16 inch after-market wheels.

You are correct. I am not sure which cog you need. Have you got a GPS yet? Easiest thing to do is take a drive and compare the speeds.
