Hi Boys and Girls, we had a very productive meeting Sunday at Dave & Deenas house.

We decided that the BBQ and Poker Run will be eather the 11th or 18th of Aug. (See Poll Above)

It will be located at Dave & Deena's house. 14605 E. Cataldo, Spokane Valley, WA 99216 (for you GPS users) we didn't talk about time but I would guess around Noon.

Seems that it costs too much to get a space at a park. We have a good spot for a BBQ, and all my neighbors love our cars. If its raining we have covered area, or if its too hot, we have a good covered area/huge maple trees to block out the sun. Please, I encourage everyone to at least make one good time together, old and new peoples. Plenty of notice to mark on your calendar to come. Please let Allen, or myself know if you might be comin. So far there will be at least 10 of us.

I have to be in oregon for a wedding on the 11th, but if this goes down on the 18th I will at least make an appearance.

Well it looks like the 18th of August won the poll so we will have the BBQ then at Dave and Deena's House. Deena if you could leave a post as to what time people can start showing up that would be wonderful. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

 

I will be camping floating the river. I might be able to make it home sooner and make it to the bbq

Is there a time? I wanna head back to town early so we can make it. later the better. Deena whens the shade best at your place?

 

I'm going to Guess 12pm to 1pm I'll try and get ahold of Dave or Deena today to comferm. I'm also sure we will be there for awhile so you should be able to make it. The patio, tree by the shop and Big tree in the front yard always have shade so there should be lots of it.

 

Well Sad News, the BBQ has been postponed, Dave has to work Saturday and won't be able to host the BBQ, plus it going to be almost 100 degrees outside so unless there is another idea out there will have to have the BBQ another time. If you know someone that was going to attend but dosnt have access to the forum please contact them and let them know. Personally I'm really sad about this and hope we can put something else together. Allen

 

Well It looks like some of us are going to get together at a little park behind Isaac's house at Walton and Mayfair, lots of parking, shade, and a picnic tables. Ill bring our little BBQ and we can cook something. Anyway it will be great getting together with some rotorheads.
