anyone in the vancouver area good with timing? I just can't seem to get things right. my carb is also flooding like crazy. I have chatted with robert but he is always busy. is there any weber gurus around this area or timing guys.

if I can't get this **** proper the v6 will have to go in cause I'm not going another summer with no baja.

ok I swapped my carb back to the 45dcoe(it had a 48). the chokes on the 48 were 44's and thats a lil too big for a stockport 12a turbo. so I get the 45 back on and it fires up and runs ok for a few mins. I go to start it this morn and it pops a few times and dosent start at all. I got it to revv to 5 grand and only one backfire, so maybe I am closer. I got my bonnet back on and just waiting for the jb weld to dry. also the wideband read 12-13.5 all the way to 5grand.

I had the turbo unhooked so the fricken thing sounded like a dam jet engine. I was just checkin to see if it fired mainly

**** it, decided to go to piston powah. I would have loved to help support the rotary and blow the doors off the vw's that run around portland but now I am gonna be on the piston side I guess. it took me a hour of wiring to get the v6 turbo up and going.
