i have a TII rear end and the shaft of the axle that slides into the differential keeps popping out..it locks in there good then i connect everything drive it around the block and put it back in the air and can take it out with a finger? any ideas what could be causing this and how i could fix it?

 

stub shaft keep popping out of the diff? are you sure that you have the right stub? you could have it in the wrong side or it could be the wrong stub..... they had four different lengths of stub shafts in the T2 diffs....

 

it is the same one that came out the first time...i have one long and one short and the long one stays in fine could i have those switched even if the long one stays in fine?
