Who here knows carbs and can help me pull one off a car and put it back on ill pay located in vancouver.

 

I know some one wants to make like 50$ for an hours worth of work.

It was meant to break! You don't need it anyhow! Get an assortment of vacuum caps, some high temp silicone gasket maker or the actual gaskets, some scrap straight 1/4" aluminum, and start removing the emissions equipment. Take off the air pump, the AC, the AC bracket, All the other related AC equipment (hoses, condensor, etc.), cold start assist, charcoal canister, etc. I don't know if you have emissions testing in your county, but if so if you can borrow or use a good stock cat setup, or some other good cat you may still be able to pass. You car will run noticeably better and even free up some HP when removing all that tree-hugger stuff...err I mean environment saving pollution preventers.

 

Im registerin it outside emmisions so I dont care if it goes bye bye.

 

If your not using the upper A/C hose, I'll take it. It's the one that goes across the top of the firewall. Let me know.

 

I still have that ac unit if you need it. no hoses tho

 

Thanks Dave. I have everything but the hose. Never know if everything is going to work till I get it together though.
