it gives a place to share pictures with close/personal friends (not internet ******) lol you can send messages back and forth to eachother, you can post blogs on your progress on your car, or just your thoughts in general, when i get back dave, ill head over and show u around myspace.

Most the time, nothing. It's mostly a place for attention ****** to hang out 
I personally use it to keep in contact with people I went to HS with (graduated a little over 2 years ago) as well as new people I meet. I also have a few friends overseas/stationed throughout the country in the Marines that I keep in contact with through it.
Other than that I go onto my college's myspace forum to see what they talk about, and make fun of them.

i started using it to kinda talk with old friends via a less intrusive method than a classic IM program.
and to see whats going on in my old high school / college... its just another something to do when your bored really :p

I also check out the HS forum on myspace sometimes, but the only people that post on that are former students who are posting to say how much the school sucks. It's funny heh.
