Well its been awhile, tore my shoulder/bicept tendon, and been recovering. got some work done last week, dtss elimnators back in rear end put back togeather, just have to put tranny back on and plug everything back in. put interior back. ect. put some more work this week.

 

got alot done this weekend. got the flywheel, clutch, and tranny back in, as well as a few little things. finally getting around to finishing after a long break. I need my car back!!!!

 

Only had a hour, but got the catback hung back onto the car. oil cooler all hooked up.

 

got some new hardwhere, and injector o rings, some 10MM silicone fuel injection line for them, some carpet pyrmid clips. have alot of relocating parts, had to find a new place to mount the fpr. still need a place to put the catch can. and somthing to block off the stock BOV.

Anyways goal is to be running in the next few weeks for sure. long as I can get a few more nice days. or I'm gonna just hang some tarps and use the shoplight. Two women living with me now. I need to escape!!!!!!!

Been working on cleaning up the insides and putting the interior back in. taking pictures unfortunately 35MM so have to have it put on disk. but some pictures soon.

almost all back togeather. still have a few little jobs ahead of me, rerouting the gauges ect. need a few more parts here and there. but everything to run. 3 day weekend, should get some work done if weather is ok.

 

picked up a brand new MSD 6AL in the box today off CL. other than that weather was ****.... to cold and shitty. was shure if i were to start it would start raining, after i did it did....

thanks nick. got some parts off that link. anyways have a s5 stereo surround now. better than my no longer existant s4 was fucked when I got the car, and only got worse stereo surround. Also picked up a modded S5 uim to fit on s4 lim. getting some brakes from corksport. slotted rotors and hawk hps pads. just the front for now. next check I'll get the rears. Hella e codes and 8000K hid kit.

 

Picked up some more parts from the cl add above. Some great deals up there people.. anyways, getting the bn sports body kit from him, picked up the hatch spoiler, and spoiler already. rather than seperate the hatch spoiler, he just gave me the whole hatch. love that guy.... I pulled it off anyways. but I needed a new wiper since mine cant be changed. been stuck on there since I got the car, and the wiper is just junk.. Also the plastic cover, GF broke that along time ago..

Plan is to use the front bumper and sideskirts, keep the rear stock for now, then I'm gonna get the corksport bumper skirt for it.

I took one of the cargo bins, pulled the bottom out and fiberglassed it and installed a fan in the lid. gonna use it to house my amp, I FG'd it to get it closer to the fan and have somthing to bolt it to.

 

This week got alot done. installed new rear brake springs and greased the rear calipers and pads, put in the rear suspention (kyb gas-a-just and ebach ground control sleeve overs), installed the BNR stage 2 turbo, corksport radiator shroud, stainless turbo feed/oil restrictor, hella e codes, h4 8000K HID kit. ran all the wires for my gauges and the neo. also got alot of little things done such as the belts, installed spoilers, rolled the fenders, and cleaned up the wiring for the fuel pump, hid's, MSD box, amp/sub.

Got some slotted rotors and hawk hps pads for the front. gonna do the rears next finacial aid.

Down side is I now have to find a new place to mount the MSD, any ideas??

almost ready to put her back on the ground.... should be running before christmas. just need to put oil in the tranny, drop the oil thats been sitting in the engine. put on the starter and downpipe, hook up the wideband, change front brakes. took along time to find all the parts since my ex roomate/bestfriend moved all my **** around... hate that bitch... anyways I should beable to set it down tomorrow. If I get to work on it.... I've had to buy at least 60 bucks in just hardware..... not cheap, spent 27 on just exhaust and driveline.... damb money pit. damb car took all my moneys.... She's still better than foremetioned bitch. anyone want her number?? shes cute.

pumped the gear oil back into the tranny, why is this such a pain in the ***. they should have made an access pannel. I'd so rather pull a seat. than sit there pumping for 10 minutes. under the car at that. ******* mazda.... it just feels right.... cut the rest of the bumpber to fit the IC. still trying to find a place for the msd. damb front mount ******* everything up!!!! I need a car therapest... mmm zanex.........

Ok, so this week I got all the undercar stuff done, minus connecting the cat between dp and catback, mounted the new fpr, found a place for the msd, installed the front breaks (slotted rotors and hawk hps pads) just need to bleed the brakes and adjust the e brake and its on the ground! Wired in the rpm signal to the neo, ran all the wires for the gauges and neo through the dash. just need to put the interior back togeather now.

Waiting on some injector defusers and I can put the injectors in, plug the new harness in, set the base fuel pressure, and neo settings and I can start it!! as long as shipping doesn't take too long I should have it done before christmas. hopefully my batterys still good, hasn't been on concrete and has been inside my house since I pulled it appart. was full at 12.6v....

Theres still some more little things but should be quick tasks.

 

Well, blead the brakes, but still soft. I think the master cylinder took a dump.. so waisted the day trying to get brake pressure.

 

yup master cylinder junk.... **** my shoulder hurts too. may have over done it today. since the cars on 3 jack stands and has no seats I just used a 2X4 to pump the brakes. master cylinder will be here tomorrow. ugh. money pit... But its so close to being on the road again.

ahh yes before i pulled the car apart the turbo was sneezing, hopfully thats done. it was like braaaaawwwwww chooooo, horable.
