This morning my roomate backed into my car.


I don't know what all will need to be replaced

It's an 86 base with some pretty heavy drivetrain modification. From what I understand it is from the first batch of FCs to be shipped to the US (something about the headliner) and has never had any accidents.

I'm concerned that the insurance company will want to total it, and I don't want a salvaged title.
If any of you have any parts we could buy off you, it would very appriciated

Yeah, I know I can (not so sure about him though ).
I found an FC shell on craigslist from a month ago for $100 (I called him and he still has it too, looks like $50 for sure!) that looks like it is in really good shape.
So it looks like all he needs to pay for is that and the paint job. I think I am going to repaint it white, since the stock red is apparently pretty hard to mix, and white FCs are pretty.

while I'm at it I might install some new springs on it to compliment the struts I put on last month.

My roommate is actually the owner of the house, so I will probably end up paying for all of the repairs and taking it out of our rent.
