Question My carb setup finally showed up... Something aint right though

I recieved my carb setup which I have been waiting on for months only problem is it is only a 2bbl holley, manual choke, and the strangest linkage hanger I have ever seen on a carb. Any pointers on tips on how this is supposed to be hooked up? Oh yeah, the carb top is a racing beat black top one instead of the white ones that I see on the website. Here is some pics I tool of the hanger and of the front and back of the setup. Is the hanger just bent wrong? I have no clue. Just need some help, pictures would help out incredibly. Thanks.

What the Hell? I am incrediabley confused. What is it going on, and where did you buy it. I have never seen a set up like that. BTW I have a Holley 600 and RB intake that fits a old 13B Four port for sale. Ready to go. wierd linkage not included

I picked it up for $337 shipped, look like the only thing RB about it is the manifold.

It looks like a 4 barrel intake with an adapter plate for a 2 barrel carb, but why you would do that, I dont know. I dont understand it myself. You could try calling or emailing RB and asking about a 2 barrel Holley setup. Theyve been good when I ask technical questions.

here is a copy of the PM I just sent the dude I ordered the carb setup from. Included the jist of this whole ordeal and links to the original FS post of this carb setup... begins now:

hey jim (WhiteWideBodyRx7) I recieved the carb today. One MAJOR problem, you said the carb setup was racing beat part number 18034. How so? Where the hell is the 4bbl holley 475 instead of this 2bbl **** that is on there now? One more thing, what the hell is up with the throttle linkage you sent? It is going to have to be heavily modified to bolt up to the manifold to even make use of my throttle and choke cables. What happened to what I was SUPPOSED to get. You know the carb setup you said it was with the 4bbl and the automatic choke setup. Here is some links to what you said it was, and what I got.
what I got http://usera.imagecave.com/rmriggin/
what I was told I was getting http://usera.imagecave.com/rmriggin/RBpart18030.jpg

What the hell is going on? I wait a damn 2 months for this thing only for it not to be what I was told it was, and was advertised as being https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...%40verizon.net

yeah, that carb is bogus, hopefully my bro will have his new holley and then i could use his 670 street avenger, either that or I will order a demon or something. I think that for the time being though I will hook up the setup with the 2bbl that way I should still have about the same performance of the stock nikki, but I probably wont have to worry about upgrading the fuel pump or regulator until I get a new 4 bbl in it. I am sure you guys (kettleman mostly) will be able to help me get what I have right now hooked up and running on tech day. I would probably just deal with my stock nikki if it weren't for the fact that it is in need of some serious help already (the accelerator pump is bad among other things). Hey kettleman, you have an air compressor right? I am going to have to clean up the manifold surface so I am thinking a die grinder could come in handy, either that or i will get a hold of the dude that is borrowing my dremel.

i've got wire wheel that works great for that. i'm sure we can get it on, all else fails i've got enough holley parts to make one 600 with fake mechanical secondarys. might have a little dead spot, but i had it tuned in pretty good on mine with no dead spots. don't forget about a gasket though. you always wanna put a new one on. i've tried old ones and broke aluminum.

kettleman, fortunately new gaskets and o-rings were included (still doesn't justify no 4bbl holley). You are the best I personally know for tuning carbs (don't exactly feel like paying more money and waitng more time for a sterling or yaw modified nikki).
When it comes down to getting a 4bbl carb I am seriously leaning towards a demon jr with electronic choke (my friend has a demon on his straight 6 and it is beautiful and runs excelent! About the hanger that was included... It is going to need some work and definately some ingenuity..
I already had a thread started about the ridiculous amount of time I had been waiting for this. I will either add this to it or start a new thread.
