moved to the kent area. and was wondering if there was any meets in the next couple of weeks...have not been around for awhile cause of retiring from the navy and going to collage.

 

If i am not mistaken there is a meet at or near del taco at the end of 18. . i think its the last friday of every month.. But i have not seen a posting nor have i been to one for awhile

 

Make sure you have your car in a garage in Kent, they don't last long parked on the side of the street over there. (Especially an FD)

sorry your moving to Kent, It turned into more of a **** hole in the last ten years. I've had my rear window shot out in my last rx7 by a stray bullet. Had stuff stollen off my Chevy1500 and had a stereo system stolen out of my caviler. Also have fun dealing the the cops they hate imports.

Took fast and the furious to make it big too. Used to street race before that in Kent and there might of been like 50 of us and it wasn't all imports back then.

thanks for the advise... I live in a gated complex and there seems to be alot of military and a few cops that live in the complex. so far so good. its 100$ extra a month for a garage. still looking into it.

Me either, and as much as I'm in that part of Kent picking up supplies/materials for jobs, I never knew at night it was that busy. Crazy.

 

Well the tv gives everyone the place the time and what to hang from your bumper.. It would seem they want to get more people out there so they have an excuse to hire more police to police us? just sayin . Now everyone around the world knows about kent. It would seem to me they want to egg the racers on and to get more down there. If they didnt want people to race they would not show people were to go and what to dangle from their bumper

so far kent,auburn,tukwila have all been good. Everything i need is with-in 5-10 miles...

 

Been in Kent for 3years now and no issues. Only need to worry if you drive a high school kids car like honda or acura.Apts in kent are ghetto hope you have a house.
