I've been stopped twice in a week for not "signaling" for a turn/lane change.....I always signal. No tickets, they just can't resist the car rolling right by them, Redmond cops got nothing else better to do, thinking of getting a punch car for each time I get stopped....
kent would just not be fun with ricers racing in the area.

last time i went to kent in the mr2 you speak of. we saw maybe a total of 4 cops the whole time, they dont do anything unless your racing or burning out. but there is some crazy 1 seat no interior full roll cage hatch's out there and some quick fc3s's. also we will be with EO performance's new project a s13 silvia fully built. so what it comes down to is come bring your rx7's so we can look at eachothers and commit some hate crimes or something like that..

no respones.? i take it everyone is laughing at me.? damn you guys.. oh well im going down this friday and i am racing a Honda Civic Hatch. v-tech of course just so we know what our ars can do. im stripping rear intieror. and i dont know what else i should do. i got like 3-4 hundred miles on a new oil change running moible1 5-30w. oil. and intake and 4 puck clutch... what else should i do im not going to be running either AC or PS belts. .. and bad struts all the way around. ( not bad but not good ) should i run on normal or sport sus.? i will also have strut tower bars if that helps my launch at all.? ( probly not but you never know ) .... ? Any suggestions to help me beat a honda .. he is running stock b16 jdm besides intake. he said he should be running 15 to 15.1 track time. and i should be running 15.4 .... PLZ i dont wanna lose to a honda.!! lol

no.. i even looked underneath this guy's hood and everything.. me and hime are probly the only guys with near equivlent power. he has the stock b16 v-tech. and the car is red with a white hood and a number 17 i think painted on the hood.

Not the car I was thinkin of, but stock b16 in a hatch if he is a decent driver you WILL lose! That simple... HP numbers can't be used to gauge whose car is faster!! When will people learn that?!

You will most likely blow your motor. Your best bet to win is to get some slicks on some light weight wheels, and strip everything out of your car that you dont need to drive it. B16 and a N/A 13b make roughly the same power stock vs. stock, right about 160 if memory serves, but the civic weights 200-400 pounds less. Your only real advantage is that the RX is rwd, and the civic is fwd.

Drop a 100 or 200 pounds off your car, get some good tires, and learn to launch. You might win.


Wait, you have a 1st or 2nd gen? I wasnt paying attention...
