Looking for a shop to do a swap!

Hey, Currently i have a 83' Rx7 S and the 12a has 141K. I have thought about swapping a 84-84 13b because I heard that it is not to difficult to do. I was just wondering if you knew any local shops that would be able to do it. I know pineapple is great but that is a long drive from Oak Harbor. With this type of swap is there any emissions problems because i have never had to deal with getting a car checked for a smog check. Thanks.

My dad has owned the car since he bought it back in 82 in Hawaii..he gave it to me 3 years ago. It hasnt seen a whole lot of miles since i've had it. instead of rebuilding this engine i was just thinking about swaping something with a bit more power.

honestly i would just do it yourself.
you will save a whole bunch of money.
plus its just a step by step process you just do one thing at a time and you'll do fine.
