Where is the fuel pump relay located on a 1982 GSL?

 

i didn't know they had one.

 

I've found out that they didn't begin putting fuel pump relays into them until 1984.

Which wire (color) on the ignition switch goes to the fuel pump for the 82 GSL? Is it the black with white stripe?

Sounds like a good time to hookup a fuel cut off switch. I want to run it off of the ignition switch rather than directly from the battery so I don't have to remember to flip the switch every time the engine is turned off or on.

 

yes, black & white. then it goes to the fuse block and comes out black & white

 

Ahh no wonder zacks and joshes car had them! There both 84's!.

Wonder if its a bad wire or something then?
