Does anyone know where I can obtain lexan and carbon fiber sheets in the seattle area, I don't mind driving a ways in any direction. I have some projects for my car I am fiddling with and it seems expensive to ship big sheets.

i usually go to professional plastics in kent nice people there. depending on how big a sheet you need they can usually hook you up if you don't really need large sheets for some odds and ends laying around the warehouse. PM me if you need more info

Tap plastics in bellevue too. I'd like to know a local place for carbon fiber as well. I've got a line on sheets 2'x4' in black twill carbon fiber for 128.00 (1.5mm thick) or 178.00 (2.6mm thick)
for my door panels. Can't see paying 600 for a set of 2 when I can buy it myself for 300ish and have enough scraps left over to mess around with. Plus it's only 18.00 to ship a 4'x4' so it's not too bad.
