Smile Kitsap County and sorrounding area!

Hey guys whats up? So i am new to this site and i am trying to find out who all is close to me and everything like that. I'm living in Bremerton right now but i travel all over WA because i love my car and i get bored of kitsap county. If there's any RX7 meetings or any club thing around me please let me know. If there isnt, maybe we should start one. We have this boot leg little car thing every wednesday night out here where all these little weak *** civics and integra's come and think they are the **** and i am getting tired of listening to them think their cars are gods gift to earth. So if anyone is interested in doing something like this, lets make it happen!

Not very many of us RX-7 owners out here in kitsap.. Most of the RX-7 Meets are down south.

There is probably a dozen members here in kitsap, but they float in and out over the years. Knotsonic is right, the meets usually take place over in the I5 area, Olympia - Seattle areas. There was a time when we tried to show some presence at the wed night bremerton thing a long time ago and we had 6-7 cars show up but still kind of week. The east bremerton tacobell hang out has been going on for as long as I have been into cars 10-15 years. pretty amazing people just keep showing up.

There are events at bremerton almost every weekend. You can usually find a few rx7 or other rotary powered vehicles at the Bscc Autocross events. April 17 is the next event they have out there

Is that the one out towards belfair and the airport on the 16? I had been going to the east Brem meets but i got tired of being the only rotary there. We should try and start a little something around our area like in Silverdale of Bremerton or something you know. If you guys are interested, hit me up. If i aint out to sea i will be there for sure!

There are a few of us around. I try to go to the Taco Tuners deal on Wed. when I can, although last time I was the only car there?

And +1 on the BSCC autocrosses, which I try my best to attend with my FD.

Yes the BSCC auto crosses are at the track that is out towards belfair. Its all on what used to be a runway for bremerton intl airport. but the airport stopped useing that strip and sold it off. There is a 1/4 mile strip and friday night drags in the summer. auto cross and trackdays throughout the year. The track is rented out too different groups, BSCC, SCCA, the drag guys are local i think etc.

I went out there for a little bit today, but i only saw one other 7 and it was a red FD. not to mention it was crazy expensive for a first time racer out there! I heard something about drags out there next weekend. Anyone know about that? Also, they having the little Bremerton meet on wednesdays still?

There were 2 second gens, a 3rd gen, Rx-8 and a rotary powered rotus 7 out there on Sunday. Great rotary presence! tbone0225 - I didn't see you but was in the grid most of the time so didn't get to catch up with everyone.

Autocross is the cheapest racing you are going to find, that's part of the reason it is so popular. $25 is not crazy expensive.

I don't drag race so you'll have to check the bremerton motorsport park website for more info on that.

Auto X is nice because its free to watch. The drags they charge spectators 10 bux, So i never go out and watch. Maybe we should set something up for june or something and we all head out to the bremerton wed night thing. Probably a better turn out if we plan it vs just randomly showing up on different dates.
