WA Just moved to Richland, WA

Hey guys,

I just moved to the area, just wanted to say hi and see if anyone else was in the tri-cities area?

I actually don't have a working RX7 right now as I am in the middle of totally redoing my 20B FD, so I will be driving either my Elise (british racing green), or my wifes 911 (maroon), or my bike. The FD should be done by summer though. I would still love to meet up if there is anything going on in the area. Also if anyone can recommend some sweet places to go for spirited driving, let me know.

FYI, I am a DIY type guy, I have everything from a fender roller to TIG welder, plasma, oscilloscope, etc, and am a pretty good fabricator, tuner, engine builder, whatever you need. If anyone ever needs a hand with anything I would be happy to help out.

Anyway let me know if you are in the area, hopefully I will meet you all one of these days.

Pat

Thanks guys.

The 3 rotor just got pulled from my 620whp FC. Going to start off at 500 or so in the FD, but with a 6 speed ZF transmission and a lot better weight distribution (6 inches back from stock). If everything holds up ok then I will turn it up to 700 or so.

Hoping to have it running by spring depending how much free time I have to work on it. So far I have the engine and transmission adapted together and a clutch/flywheel setup made. Next step is mounts, modified PPF, and a custom oil pan.

You plan on cutting the firewall to get the 6 inches?

yep, already did (and most of the tranny tunnel). I will be fabbing some new HVAC ducting too once the new firewall is in place, still going to use the stock dash.
