It's just a flesh wound

Some of you know of me via meets or autocrossing (which ill be done for the year racing, glad you enjoyed my car while you did Michelle). I left work today and was heading to get some Subway (trying to drop some pounds, not fast enough autocrossing).

Than this happened...

Far as details. Im being very vague till all this goes through.

I stopped at a yellow light and was stopped still and a guy thought I was going for it and didnt realize how great the Rx8 brakes are. I had about a second or two dead stop before I heard him on the brakes. Looked up saw him coming right for me, said "**** me". BANG! My current state is im able to type this atm, leave it at that. Hope it can be repaired and they dont total it out. If they do I hope I can strip the mods off.

if they total it you should just buy it back from them, then you can repair it, or part it out. I'm shure that renny would go quick. also the seats would sell. plus the rest of the useable parts probably. but engine alone is worth what it would cost you to keep it. they just give you a little less cash.

That sux man, but I see it all the time. A-holes Racing to beat the light.

Don't they know that yellew means the light is turning red and you should be slowing instead of speeding up?

Good luck looks like it was a pretty nice ride. Still Drives?

If you can fix that, you're a better body man than I'll ever be. I can fix dents and dings, but the big stuff is beyond me.

Good luck with it.

I hope you are alright, that's pretty gnarly. If they total it, will you sell the good parts and especially the engine?

..Did you still get the Subway?

Depends on how much they offer for me to buy the car back. I'd sell pretty much the full clip. The whole car would be on part out but I would hate to do that because I hate people calling dibs and never coming up with the money.

No I didn't ge the subway
