Ok hear the deal, i been spending alot of time thinking about it, its rare for me not to have a car and i really thought about getting anotherone but why spend another thousand when i need it to get my car fixed.. heres the thing, i dont have a car at the moment, there is an engine in tacoma i can pick up from somone, but i have no truck or car to get it. also i need an engine crane and two jacks, the engine has a few bolts i need to remove before i pull it, and all i need to do it pull the old one out and drop the other one in, Im guessing it wont take long. Would anyone like to make a few buck helping a fellow rx7 lover out, I dont want to sell it, I love working on cars and this one is a blast for me, I just need some help and will pay for your time, Please call if you are willing to help me in kirkland, thanks ADAM 253-227-2180

One other Dumb question.... there is a bolt that go's thru the engine to the tranny on the top of the engine, WITH the Hook used to pull it out! So now i have the Bolt out how to i hook up the hook agian so i can use it,

 

2 guys can lift a rotary engine, a long block is only about 350 lbs. It will fit in a trunk.

There are 2 lifting bale's on the engine for hoisting, one by the alternator and one on the back of the UIM

 

Well i got a car Finley. its a few million steps down from my rx7.. But it runs, 85 Nova, HAHAHAA lets take bets on how long it will run eh???? but hey it was 300 Dalla. so if it last me two weeks its payed for itsself!

 

You gonna tow the engine in the Nova? How long would it take to get the engine?

I think a 13 b might fit in the trunk,.. but i will find out.this car could double as Storage container WEEEEEEEEE the engine is in tacoma if it fits im bringin that beotch home soon...

 

Might be able to help out then. I am in Oly and swing through there every once and a while let me know if it doesn't fit and we might be able to work something out.

 

Just make sure you can have a way to keep it balanced back there while driving and for it to sit up a bit , so it doesn't crush the oil pan. Give me a call whenever your ready to come get it. I am off today Thursday. Just give me a call after 2:30 cause i don't get home from school till then.
