IMO did not seem so bad. I remember there was a thread that was created and was on a good subject. However people kept shitting on the thread. Well I felt as if my informations was valuable. Remember this was information not bashing like so many posts in that thread. My posts were deleted 2 times. So before posting a third time I PM'd the Mod that was deleting my post asking if I could repost. He never responded back. And never told me why mine were deleted. Guess he thought he was above me and did not need to respond.

Anyway don't worry about it. There are always going to be ******** on this forum. More often than not though people are not that bad in the end. He even offered to buy you a round at the local bar. If you head down there take hime up on it!

And in response to your thread. There are some pretty awesome drafting programs out there. I have yet to learn them but they allow you to take a member and design/draw. When you design it you can apply stresses on the object and see where the weak points are. Great for calculating forces on different parts. If you need some numbers crunched let me know. As long as they are not too time consuming I might be able to help you out.

One of the reasons I don't post too often is that I do a search and see if anyone has had success with what I have a question about and then I send them a PM. If I learn something valuable that hasn't been posted then I will either add it to the thread I was looking in, or possibly start a new one.

This is what I end up doing a lot as well. Sometimes you see posts by people who of course don't use the ancient Chinese recipe called "Search". If I can answer there question I will. I hate seeing some A Holes that get all pissed off with people who don't search.

Seems like the same type of miscommunication that happens all the time. It is easy to offend people, like by saying you don't like their cars or any other number of ways like kidding around. One reason why I don't post much either!

Jim looks about completely different than what you would imagine plus he is a really nice, easygoing guy in person. Weird, eh?

Ya, i have met jim once. he is a pretty nice guy. I have heard lots of stories from others on here that have gone round and round with him. I went down to seven stock a couple years ago and there was a guy there all worried if he was there, he seamed so concerned, like they were going to fight or something. ahahha funny stuff, some people take the stuff thats said on here so personally.

I offered to buy your buddies drinks when they get home from Iraq. I was serious. I have friends in the armed forces and they deserve it.

Well, I might as well take this opportunity to add to my post count... I have a very long way to go before I hit the 8k+... Damn! Well anyhow every forum I have visited has its ******** and its helpers. I try to be helpful if I can actually offer some help and that is really only all I ask in return. After all... Whoever said "common-sense" was "common"?

Ya' know - I really try to be a "helper" most of the time, but we have opinions too and people just get their feelings hurt waaaaaaay too easily. The internet delivers all of the force of a conflicting opinion without ANY of the humanity or inflection that makes people get along even when they don't agree. It only makes it worse when you are esentially telling someone they don't know what they are yapping about in front of a few dozen (or hundred!) people at a time.

In order to survive in internet forums one really needs to develop a thick skin, and automatically give other posters the benifit of the doubt - instead of assuming the worst. Easier said than done - I know!, especially from someone who manages to **** people off even on the odd accasions when I am NOT trying too! hehe

Pot - kettle - pot - kettle - which would you like to be today?

Sticky tires are the best bang for buck when lateral G's are the only criteria.

Next best bang for buck would be trading the FB for an FC which has truly adjustable camber / toe angle semi-independent rear suspension.
