I need a low mileage main cat-help

I need to find a low mileage (less the 20K for sure) main cat. Somewhere relatively local to Portland, OR. I'll drive a fair bit to get it though.

spending cash on a cat is a waste of money. Its cheaper to smell the fumes and be loud
