How to change light bulbs on stock foglamps ??

I have a stock 91 Rx7 with the factory foglights, my bulbs have burned out.
1. How do you get access to the bulb
2. Can the Bulb be replaced with a brighter one without altering the housing?

lol well theres two screws on one side of the foglight housing, and a clip on the other
if u gently pull on it it should unhook, and then u unplug the wires in the back then screw the cap off, and they take H3C bulbs which are kinda pricy....

well im running 85 watt bulbs in mine and its not melting or anything...

Iv been running 100 watts in mine. Iv been told that its not a good idea, yet, its been a few years and its still not melting or anthing.. and their on all the time.. Allthough, to tell you the truth.. the way the lenses are made kinda restrict the amount of light it lets out.. I didnt notice too much of a difference going from 50w to 100w.. so yeah.. just through some 85's in it. Dont risk it with 100w's. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know where to get the yellow bulbs? Id kind of like to try those.

Oh, yeah.. You can use any normal h3 bulb, you just need to run a ground out of the light assemly.. Theres a right up on it somewhere here on the forum. Seems kinda jank, but, it works great.

I couldnt find those H3C bulbs anywhere cheap, and in anything other than 50w.. The H3's are easy to find in alot of different spec's and are only a couple bucks.
