Im goin in my VR FD. I just put a new motor in it though, and I only have 1000k on it so far. I cant boost real hard or take it over 6000rpm, so Im not gonna run. Im just gonna go to watch. Maybe Ill see ya down there. Ive been lookin foreward to this all year long while I was doin my rebuild project, too bad it didnt come together quick enough.

What kind of 7 do you have? Ill look for ya.

High School drags is stupid, there are so many cars and people that show up you get hardly any runs in and it takes forever. Pacific Raceways has open drags all the time, just go on those days there's usually not very many people there.

I remember one HS drag I went to that had a line going down the track behind the start line around the curve, so many cars it was retarded.

Of course this was about 3 years ago when I was still in HS, might have changed since then.

I hear its a lot cheaper than going on weekends, plus i like to autocross or save the money for my car, but i just wanna try it out, see how fast my car is against my friends so. Hopefully i'll see some of you out there. If you see the 87 blue NA FC thats mine and come say hey.

You can race as long as your younger than 19 too, i'm not sure about allumni

Well I did it a long time ago. Hit 14.9 in a 88 GXL stock port with 2.1 60 foot at 94.03. That was before my custom intake, my rebuid/port, before flywheel/clutch, and a lot of other things, including tuning. I'm shooting for 14 flat this summer if I ever get back tot he drag strip with this motor, but I don't think I'm going to. Might just wait and finish the new motor and go some other time.

The blue FC was me, it was my first drags and i didn't have one decent run. I think my fastest was a 17.1 with a .9 reaction time, i cut that down to a .101 reaction time later, but the 1st gen was crazy. and for mods, i have a dual high flow bonez cat and RP cat back and thats it.

I never went to try and find him in the sea of cars. All I know is it was rippin. I think he might have even dropped into the 12's on one run.
