Where: Olympia, WA...very close to freeway, nice neighborhood, nicer part of town...DIRECTLY SMACK DAB in the middle of Seattle and Portland.


Rent: $400/month plus utilities (on average, about $125 more per month).






















Ideal candidates:

- 20-something year old into cars, does-the-drift a plus.
- Responsible, dependable, financially, and emotionally stable.
- Good sense of humor.
- NO DRUGS.
- NO THIEVES.
- No pets.
- Drinking, ok.
- Smoker, ok/negotiable.
- Partying to a minimum.
- Neat and clean for the most part.
- Good hygiene.
- Ready to move in a.s.a.p.
