Yeah that was with the kan tune, I only tried like 4 runs but managed a 12.8 on one run and trapped 114 on another my starts are not that great so I hope to do better this summer.

Lol the subie being all wheel drive has no need to burnout so he just drove straight up and got staged while I got my tires sticky.

I find the launches in the FD to be the most difficult part... Finding a good RPM was tough. I was able to finally make some progress with the engine revved to about 4.5k and riding the clutch out (on street tires) at the start. Definitely could have used a higher rev but that was my final run for that day, however that was with very little mods on the car as compared to now

i found the best for me to be at around 7k with the tires sticky

Yeah you need to double or triple your 7k revs on launch with a rotary. It will take it

So there appears to be a huge convoy meeting out at the KK in Tacoma.

7am on the 29th rain or shine. Looks to be 75 or so people as of now but my guess is there will be a ton that just show up via word of mouth.

The convoy rolls out at 8am and then joins with a Fed Way convoy to continue up to GG.

I'd like to know if anyone from here plans to attend the the convoy and would like to make a lil rotary contingent.

I'll be honest if it's raining I'm out just cuz it'll be my b-day and getting soggy in a park just doesn't jive with me. Dry on the other hand and I'll be top down with a ******* idiot grin on my face.

you can check nwn for a thread on the tacoma convoy from krispy kreme @tacoma mall. so far like 80 some people are signed up i believe.
