fuel system help

hey kids whats up? ok, here is my issue. i'm in iraq. but i need help finding the parts i need, because i would like to drive my car when i come back on midtour leave in february. ok here's whats happening before i left. my injector duty maxes out at 100 at WOT....and i think i need and upgraded fuel pump, and bigger injectors. am i right? if indeed that is what i need, could somebody suggest a website i can order from and what type i need/ works best. i have a 1994 with a streetport, PFC, CAI, DP, MP, CB, '99 spec turbos. just fyi, i still have to port the wastegate. and i'm installing a resonated MP, and apexi N1 dual exhaust. anything else you need to know, just ask. the reason why i'm asking for this is because i don't have alot of time for the internet, so it'd be easier if i got the suggestion, ordered it then i can continue doing my job. thanks, Zach

wtf you shouldn't be maxing out your injector duty cycle with those mods... Under WOT my car never goes above 70%... Have you changed anything using your PFC??
What I would do would be upgrade your secondary injectors to at least a 1200 or 1300 cc. There are two of them. Then get either a Walbro 255lph or a Denso 280lph (otherwise known as a Supra pump)

i shouldn't be, but it didn't start doing it until i put the MP on. i haven't changed anything at all on the PFC except the idle control. and thats only because i followed the install instructions for cutting those wires. thats all i have done. so i don't need to upgrade my primary injectors? where, brand, type injectors do i need? i'll go with the 1300, and where can i order the walbro from? thanks

I would suggest buying the parts from Jason at Rx7store.net he is a good guy. I went with the supra fuel pump http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/ni...nso%20pump.htm which has worked out well so far and I still have stock primaries and secondaries. You could upgrade you secondaries to be safe but I haven't had an issue with mine yet and your setup will be close to mine when your done. Primaries don't really need to be upgraded until around 400whp which is single turbo territory so you don't need to worry about that until then. You could get 1300cc secondaries like Tim said but I would just get 1680cc injectors because they are cheaper and Im going single eventually. I'm going with this kit http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/extremefuelfd.htm this summer for my fuel setup and I think it would be good for you as well. The most important thing is that if you put all these mods on your car you really really really should not go WOT until you get it tuned. I don't want to be over at your house rebuilding your engine with you lol. When you get back during your break give me a ring.

Zack! how's it going man? yeah, eventually i'm going single turbo as well with a greddy T-88. i was looking at that fuel system before and thought about it, and said i could use it later, maybe i'll do that. buy that one and just go big instead of smaller first. my car is acting up now, because my father in law is driving it once a week just to keep everything normal. but he sadi it's been acting up alot lately. probablly because i still haven't gotten my car tuned. thats gonna be number one on my list when i return from this deployment. i still need a new clutch and all that too. and don't act like it isn't fun working on my car under the carport....it's always fun when beer is there. yeah, i'll give you a call when i'm back too, i need beer....and it blows because they have near-beer here......but no beer **** this country

The MP shouldn't be increasing your duty cycle, boost yes, but it shouldn't be correcting your fuel to that extent... I've overboosted as high as you before and never had my PFC max out the duty cycle at 100%. Did you buy a new or used PFC?
