So i was talking with the guys at Forged Performance in Troutdale OR, and was asking them when they would be doing a rotary BBQ and they said they would be willing to host one in there parking lot if there were enough people from the NW to show up. If your not familiar with them, Brian and John are formar techs that worked for ground zero that started there own shop. They work on ALOT of rotarys. Food would be free and provided. The dyno would be open all day for pulls (3 pulls for $40). Usually at the end of the day they do a group cruise to somewhere like old germantown road or something with windy curves. It would be held on a saturday and would be on a nice weekend probably towards the middle of may or so. I know theres enough rotorheads that would be willing to come so if we get enough people willing to come they will host a BBQ.

FYI Germantown road is not a good road to take a bunch of rotards on.

There are better ones nearby, - Mcnamee (sp?), Newberry, Rocky Point and Logey Trail among others.

Lots of traffic on Germantown.

well not sure on the date yet. but the bbq is in there parking lot in troutdale, its a large parking lot. if your not exactly familiar with there location they are in the same building complex as Pineapple Racings new location. we are working on pickin a date thats going to be perfect weather and when i get more info on the date ill post it up. just spread the word that they will be hosting a bbq just finalizing the date. thanks

Please don't make the date from apr 29 to may 10, I really want to come. Uncle sams grounding me for a couple weeks.
